mexican pizza

just came back from pizza hut with mum
tried the new mexican pizza..
it's okie..
but the chips and the mexican sauce dish is nice..
the atmosphere there was too noisy...
some kids were celebrating somebody's birthday
it was so noisy the waiters had a hard time trying to figure out what we want
mum ask waiter 1 for tissue paper (kleenex), he nodded his head and went off..
and came back with pepper... never mind..
mum again ask water 2 for tissue paper.. and ... he said okie..went off again..
and came back with..... yes ANOTHER PEPPER!!!!
MUM SAID.. "No no no.. tissue paper.. and pointed to mine..."
ohhhh... and he came back this time with 3 sheets of tissue papers... haha..
either u have 0 or 3..hehe....
so u can imagine how noisy it was....

Indian Festive pasar pagi, petang and malam!!
sorry i couldn't find the exact word...

went out yesterday afternoon and night...
saw display of stalls selling all Indian stuffs..
and then i was at mcd with friends
when i saw the display of fireworks..wow... nice
and the final part of the celebration was a short parade...
a cow and a horse or 2 cows were dragging the
err.... something like praying alter? well not the exact word... but ...
it was nice.. kinda different experience from watching the chinese parade...

oh man i've just watch a litle of the Polish immigrant who got tasered to death At Vancouver..
can't finish watching it.. it's like so cruel...
i turn off it when i saw him got shot at the first taser and he was screaming...

my journey to singapore convocation...

well on the 10th of november 2007 on a saturday at the time of 11am +-, yours truly have at last graduated with a degree!!!!

day 1
so mum, dad, aunt and I set off to sg at friday noon, 1 day before the convo......
nothing much happened at the highway except that we saw a turn over trailer,
which as usual caused up a masive jam as people are trying to slow down
to look for the vehicle number i guess...haha
there was a huge line up at the custom jam ..
took us nearly 40 minutes or more to get to our turn
(could have take the time to go shop around the mall and it's still not our turn)
saw some beggars on the road.. yes, in the middle of the road..
it's sure different frommy hometown..
the beggars hold onto their cup or whatever and stand in between the 2 lines.. and people just wind down the window to give them $... wow...

when we approach the bridge..nearly wanted to shout out "Singapura, here I come!!"
mum might think i'm nuts...
anyway..the sg custom is strict.. but still lenient (what a contrast of word)
we got our passport chop (Msia custom scan ours only) ..
kinda pity the lady at the custom..
she looks so grumpy .. u might have think that she has just lost a number to the lucky draw

didn't do much on the first day.. went straight to mum's friend's daughter's house (gosh how many apostrophes)... had dinner.. went for a walk at the little mall next to housing estate and bought ice-cream...... iron clothes.. read books and sleep...

this year's great!!
had 3 1/2 celebration...haha
first i had mine and soh cheng's bday celebration at pizza hut...
with beauty 1:Julie, beauty 2: Sock Ling and beauty 3: Teng Teng
didn't take any pics cos we ddin't bring any camera..
well we did but julie bring ones that does not have battery in it..haha
so good can talk bad about her..cos she does not read my blog
nenenenene...

2nd celebration was at hailo with
beauty 1: cai hon, beauty 2: sock ling, beauty 3: pohand beauty 4: soo tin
ahh this time we did take a few pics..just realize that didn't get to take 2 by 2 pic with poh..

anyway had great fun onthat day..
so paiseh the hailo singer sang birthday song at least twice....

we had fun requesting for songs....

then 1/2 celebration was with soh cheng and sock ling (again..haha kesiannya) at mcd... for lunch... got a slice of cake from soh cheng..from SECRET RECIPE...

3rd one was at white blue cafe on the day itself with my family...
i thought that thre will be halloween decorations there..
nampaknya muar memang tak ada halloween mood...
