anyway went for gastroscopy last month at a private clinic here.... i was feeling a bit nervous before the scope... was afradi that it might be painful or uncomfortable...
before the scope, i had to drink a small cup of liquid (orange in colour), it taste a bit sweet.. mum says that is to clean/clear of the stomach a bit.. then the nurse spray some stuff at the throat to numb it so that i won't be able to feel the tube when it goes down to my stomach... then the doctor inject a small portion of anesthetic.. just to clam down my nerves i guess since i'm still conscious after the injection..
doctor says that my stomach is okie.. but there's lots of saliva in it.. anywya he says it might be due to weak stomach muscle... so i need to take medication for at least 1 month....
so the lesson for today is... eating proper meal is VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!!
