the star newspaper was commenting on the recent temperature rise in Malaysia and the storm harvock plus the killer lightning..... never in my life before this have i ever heard of man being killed by lightning at home.. brr.. it's so scary... maybe partly it's bcos his house is a 3 storey building...
another article addressed that with the hot weather means switching on the air-conditioner to avoid the scorching sun... it means cooler for us human but a might bad effect for the enviroment.. sigh.. wonder when will people really start to work together to care for their environment.. instead of waiting till there's a need for the ministry or people-in-charge to start giving orders before we move our butts...
maybe school should educate children more on environment care than 'All As are all i care'....
Gary is a Malaysian singer who has just cut out an album in Taiwan.. he's a great composer though not well known yet.. he went to Canada when he was 9 years old.. he's got a great voice... really wonderful...
once said..... never bring to her a banana as a gift in hand..... because she thinks that giving banana as a gift is like 'giving banana to the monkeys'..
so the moral of the story is... dun even bring banana to visit anyone..becoz..they might mistake u..as in..u r treating them as a
my definition of exam weekend:- ~ boring, stressful, long-winded, never-ending, nerves breaking, and.......... those days where you have to glue your eyes on the book 24 hours per day.....
bad effects: ~ dark ring of eyes..... near-to-cross eye of starring too much in to book...neck pain..... ill-tempered....
met the 'ah pek' who is the caretaker of the association at the 2nd floor of my dad's old shop...was chatting casually when mum suddenly ask him bout our old dog(Mack) who he decided to keep after dad closed his shop... he told us that the dog was shot dead ..not sure when.. when he went out to roam around... i was so shocked to hear that... mum guess maybe someone from the neighbourhood complained about the dog ....that's why he was killed cos the uncle did not get him a licence...
sigh.. if only we have insist on bringing him to another place.... he might have been saved.. hope that he is living happily in heaven know...
last month, both my parents went to pulau redang.. a trip organized by my dad's boss... i was stil having classes at that time and i couldn't go!!!!! that's is sososososo TERRIBLE!! ... well never mind.. hope that i can step into redang with my frens in the future..
mum said that Redang is really beautiful with crystal clear water (just hope that they maintained it that way).. just a pity that she did not spot any dolphins... the villagers told her that it is very rare to see them around unless you're really really lucky... but if there's dolphin.. it means sharks are around too.. so watch out!!...
anyway here's some pics she took there...
dad filming mv.."when the night is coming.. and the sun is setting...'
hmm this looks like an elephant/mouse resting with its head on the right and tail on the left
I've been reading Russell Lee's True Singapore Ghost Stories no#13 this afternoon....
so far..the stories are still okie.. no really scary ones...but quite a few touching ones... but i found 1 interesting chapt though..'Russell Lee Investigates:life after death'..... seems that he really did a lot of research to convince readers on this issue.. i didn't even know that there's quite a few famous artistes who brush through death before.... and nearly all these people have the same experience: going through a tunnel or seeing bright lights...
but not everyone is that 'lucky' to see the bright lights' one guy who tried to commit suicide described that what he saw was not bright lights but a dungeon or pirson like place... brrr... guess it's like a punishment for those who ddi not cherish their life...
every religions..no matter what it is.. believes that you reap for what you sow.. what goes around comes around....
